How do I change my external number (mobile, landline, other) in Talkdesk?

To change the external phone number associated with your Talkdesk account, please follow these steps.


­Adding an external phone number from Talkdesk main web application


  • Log in to your Talkdesk account.
  • Click on your initials (top-right corner).
  • Select the 'Agent Profile' option from the drop-down menu.
  • Next to 'External Phone Number' type in the new number for your account.


Adding an external phone number from Callbar

If the Single Device Mode has been enabled for your account, you can add the external phone number directly in Callbar.
