How do I change my external number (mobile, landline, other) in Talkdesk?


To change the external phone number associated with your Talkdesk account, please do the following:


  • Log in to your Talkdesk account.
  • Click on your name (top-right corner).
  • Select the 'Agent Profile' option from the drop-down menu
  • Next to 'External Phone Number' type in the new number for your account
