Why does the call disposition box appear even if I have not been making or receiving any calls?


This can happen under the following circumstances:

  1. You have two different Talkdesk tabs opened. 
  2. There are two agents logged into Talkdesk with the same account information.
  3. You have a Talkdesk dialer open in a another application

In order to prevent this from occurring, please make sure that you only have one Talkdesk tab opened and that you do not share your login information with other agents.
