In the Contacts section you can search for contacts, create new, edit and delete existing contacts.
How to create a new contact
To create a new contact:
- Select the "Contacts" tab at the top of the page .
- Click the “New Contact”  button.
- Type in your new contact’s information and press “Save” .
You can also upload a CSV file with your contacts or import your contacts directly from an external system like your CRM or Helpdesk. To do this simply integrate the system with your Talkdesk account.
