In the Contacts section you can create new contacts, as well as search, edit and delete existing contacts.
How to create a new contact
To create a new contact:
- Select the 'Contacts' section [1].
- Click the 'New Contact' [2] button.
- Type in your new contact’s information and press 'Save' [3].
You can also upload a CSV file with your contacts or import your contacts directly from an external system like your CRM or Helpdesk. To do this simply integrate the system with your Talkdesk account.
