On January 18, 2023, Talkdesk Mood fields were removed from Talkdesk datasets, reports, and dashboards as part of the End of Life of Sentiment. To complete the deprecation of the Mood feature, on October 31, 2023, the remaining Mood fields will be removed from the Explore API.
Key Details
In the current version of the Explore API Calls All Data Status Report, the fields mood & mood_prompted are still present. Starting October 31, these mood-related fields will no longer be displayed in the API response.
You will still have access to all other reporting metrics about your customers.
Action Required
The transition will be automatic and seamless, but some action may be necessary to update automations related to the API response.
Customers using the Explore API Calls All Data Status Report will see that the fields in the API response will be impacted by this change. If you have an active automation that relies on this response, and which depends on the order of the fields (the field names will not be impacted), you may need to update the automation to avoid disruption.
