Product Notice: Moving “Agent Status” Field to Live Agents List Widget

With the availability of the Live Agents List widget, on July 31st, we will progressively update the Agent Profile tab of the Classic Admin pages to remove the option to modify the Agent status. This capability will be available on the Live Agents List widget in the Live tab, with no functionality lost.

 

When will this change happen?

On July 31st, the Status field will be moved from the Agent Profile page to the Live Agent Status widget.

 

What is the impact of this change?

The Live Agents List widget provides an improved user experience by centralizing all logged-in agents in one card, allowing you to easily view and update statuses without needing to switch between tabs or clicking into multiple user profiles.

Today, this field is available in the Agent Profile page in Classic Admin Settings

After July 31st, this action will be available only via the Live Agents List widget
