First, install the “AI Settings” app. Then, you can create your own virtual agents on “Al Settings” using the "Talkdesk Pro Intent Service'' connector. Once you click the "Create" button, “Al Settings” will automatically create a virtual agent and an Al Trainer model for you.

"Talkdesk Pro Intent Service'' it's a connector that enables our Al products to use premium Al services. In the context of a virtual agent, that means connecting to a Natural Language Understanding (NLU) provider.
How do I record Virtual Agent’s calls?
To record a Virtual Agent’s voice call, you can add the “Record” component in Talkdesk Studio™ to start the recording (the image below shows an example). If this component is placed before the Connect to Virtual Agent Studio component, then you will include this audio in the interaction recording. Then, you can listen to the recording in the “Activities” app.
How do I set up a testing environment for my virtual agent?
To set up a testing environment, go to “Admin” > “Channels” > “Chat” and click on “Create touchpoint”. Then, insert your domain and a name for the chat, and add the widget code to your page; the virtual agent will be ready to use for testing.
Tip: you can use the platform codesandbox.io to create mock pages to insert the widget code.
