New:

  • Invoices tab (Closed Beta). As an administrator, you can now view and download all your Talkdesk account invoices for the previous year by accessing a new Invoices tab in your Admin section.

Note: To make the release process as smooth as possible and to avoid any friction with other functionalities, we are releasing the new tab only to a subset of customers to begin with. Talkdesk’s new Invoices tab will then be be rolled-out in batches and should be deployed to all accounts by the end of January.
