That’s why we made it simpler for you to manage your SLA by being able to set multiple business hours in the same day. If you take Lunch at a set time every day and you do not want to be contacted during that time, you can now exclude those hours from your business hours rules, similar to if you have a recurring team-wide meeting and need to close your phone lines during this time.
If a call hits your system during Lunch hours, it will be considered 'after hours' and will not impact your SLA.
Configure unique or multiple sets of business hours for each phone number or keep the same hours for your entire company. Talkdesk’s flexible interface allows you to field calls whenever is most convenient for you.
