  • When filtering by ring group in Talkdesk Live and selecting ‘All Ring Groups’, if restrictions exist under Roles, only the ring groups the user has access to are now displayed.
  • When voicemail access is restricted by ring group under roles, users will now only be displayed those voicemails.


The following fix is being rolled-out in batches and should be deployed to all accounts by the end of the current week:
