  • When filtering by ring group in Talkdesk Live (legacy) and selecting ‘All Ring Groups’, if restrictions exist under Roles, only the ring groups the user has access to are now displayed.
  • When voicemail access is restricted by ring group under roles, users will now only be displayed those voicemails.


The following fix is being rolled-out in batches and should be deployed to all accounts by the end of the current week:
