  • Outbound Missed calls no longer showing as Outbound with no call duration (0:00) on the Contact Activity for an Outbound Missed call.
  • Voicemail tab timestamps no longer displaying user’s computer hour/date settings but the account's configured Timezone.


  • Mobile numbers can now be procured within Talkdesk alongside our pre-existing number types (local, toll-free, national). Markets currently supported: France, Germany, Indonesia and Malaysia.
