"You are not able to add new licenses at this time..."

When trying to add new licenses, if you get the following error message:

“You are not able to add new licenses at this time. Please contact billing@talkdesk.com to add the correct license type to your subscription.” this means you are using Talkdesk for Salesforce managed package.

Talkdesk for Salesforce licenses are separate from regular Talkdesk licenses and must be requested by contacting our billing team instead: billing@talkdesk.com.
