When trying to add new licenses, if you get the following message:

"Please contact billing@talkdesk.com to add more licenses to your subscription." this means you are using Talkdesk for Salesforce managed package.

Talkdesk for Salesforce licenses are separate from regular Talkdesk licenses and must be requested by contacting our billing team instead: billing@talkdesk.com.
