- Recordings API now offers support for all Talkdesk calls, regardless of date generated.

- When an agent is in "On a Call" status, supervisors were still able to change that agent’s status from Talkdesk Live (legacy). This behavior has been corrected and now when an agent is in "On a Call" status, the status change drop-down menu will not display. This will prevent unwanted changes to the agent's status when an agent is taking a call. Additionally, the “On a Call” status will not be available in the drop-down menu since this status can only be triggered by answering a call and should not be manually set.
