Follow the steps below to install Callbar App on a Mac:
Click this installation link to initiate the download:
Once the download is complete, double click to open it.
Note: If your Settings are set to only allow you to install applications from the App Store, you will see the following error:
In this case, you will need to change your security settings to also allow you to install apps from identified developers:
Drag the Callbar icon into your Applications folder:
Open the Applications folder and click the new Callbar icon to launch it:
Visit our log in to Talkdesk Callbar article so you can then start making and receiving calls.
Note: If you are using Chrome browser, you will also need to install and update Talkdesk's Click-to-Call extension's settings so you can pop a contact or case to any contact sync enabled integration.
