- Dual Channel Recordings. A new toggle allows admins to decide whether their call recordings should be played in stereo or mono. Recordings in stereo will have two distinct channels, one per party in the conversation: Channel A for the agent and Channel B for the caller/callee. For recordings in mono, both parties are heard together in the same audio channel.
