Talkdesk Unified Login


We are happy to announce that we started releasing our unified login system in the past week. This means that our authentication system is now safer and faster.

We have been doing the roll-out in small batches and expect the release to be complete by Sunday, July 9.

With the release of the unified login system you will notice that the login domain has changed. This means that, if you use the 'Stored Passwords' feature on your browser, you may need to re-introduce your Talkdesk password on your first login:


Please keep your password at hand in the following days. Also, if you are blocking unknown domains in your browser, you will need to whitelist the following:

If you are using an SSO provider to login to Talkdesk, no action is necessary.
