Selecting the default agent Callbar integration


Admins can now select the Callbar integration each agent has access to.

Setting an agent’s Callbar integration will allow the agent to search the specified integration for any synced contacts within the Callbar. Agents can also pop the contact for the specified integration.

Once an integration has been selected, the agent’s Callbar will display a badge with the Salesforce, Desk or Zendesk logo, depending on the default integration selected:

When making or receiving a call, by clicking the integration badge in the Callbar, agents are automatically taken to the contact’s profile page on that integration.
