New SSO providers and setting the account default


Besides Salesforce, agents can now use their Okta, OneLogin and Google credentials to log in to Talkdesk Callbar:

Single Sign On is now also available for the Talkdesk main web application:

A new option has been added to the account ‘Preferences’ tab allowing Admins to select their account default SSO provider. Once an option is selected, agents will still be able to log in using their Talkdesk username and password, but a new button is now displayed allowing them to use their default SSO provider credentials instead.
