Transferring Zendesk Voice/RingDNA/Bettervoice/Freshdesk/NewVoiceMedia numbers to Talkdesk

If you use Zendesk Voice, RingDNA, Bettervoice, NewVoiceMedia and Freshdesk, then you're using the same telecom provider as us. This means that the process to get the number over to Talkdesk is much easier than a regular porting. 

To get these numbers transferred, you should contact both the other party (for example, Zendesk) and us, through the e-mail porting@talkdesk.com.

These numbers cannot be pre-added to your account, but the transfer can be scheduled according to your needs. 

These transfers can take up to 5 days to complete.
