Troubleshooting Widget issues

If you are experiencing issues with your Talkdesk widget, please follow these steps:

1 - Right click inside your widget

2 - Select 'Inspect Element'

3 - Go to the ‘Console’ tab

4 - Right click the Console and select 'Save as':

5- Save this file to your computer.

If the problem occurs while making or receiving calls, collecting the callsids is a critical information. To do this, follow the instructions here.

Please email our support team (support@talkdesk.com) providing a brief description of the issue and including your collected log files and callsids so we may investigate and assist you.
