Receipts

Every month Talkdesk sends your receipts to your inbox however, if you can’t find or have lost any, you can always find it also in your Billing Tab.

To access it:

  • Log into your Talkdesk account as an Administrator.
  • Click the "Admin" section at the top of the page.
  • Select your "Billing" tab.
  • Click the 'Receipts' link.

Here, you can view all your receipts, see when you have been billed, the amount charged for your Talkdesk subscription as well as your prorated charges:

 

You can also download and save your invoices for a more detailed analysis on your current charges, including number of agents and phone numbers:
