How can we Help?

SIP Phone Networking Details

Follow

To ensure that your communications infrastructure has connectivity to our cloud (and vice-versa) and that it doesn’t block any communications, we strongly advise you to whitelist all of the following IP address ranges and ports on your firewall, for SIP signaling and RTP media traffic. If you have whitelisted our IPs for SIP domains, you will also need to make these changes to your firewall.

This is important if you have numbers in different regions, as well as for availability purposes (e.g., if North America Virginia gateways are down, then North America Oregon gateways will be used).

Our telecom provider is expanding the Media IP address ranges in the US1 and IE1 datacenters. Additionally, a new region will be launched in the coming months: DE1 (Frankfurt).

Check this article for more information on how to configure and use SIP devices with Talkdesk.
