Why is there a delay before Talkdesk connects the caller to the greeting message?

The time delay before a caller reaches the greeting message, is not controlled by Talkdesk, it depends on the telecom provider, the origin and destination of the call. Once the greeting message is played, Talkdesk rings each agent for 35 seconds.
