If an IVR is set up to transfer to an external phone number, how are the charges for this call handled?

If a call is transferred to an external phone, Talkdesk will charge based on the total call duration. The applicable rate is the same as for outbound calls. 

In addition, although the call is answered by an external device, it will still be considered for metrics in the reporting section of your Talkdesk account.
