Account administrators can decide whether or not they would like Desktop Notifications to be activated for an account. Desktop Notifications allows agents to see a screen pop as the phone rings, even when their browser is minimized.
In case Desktop Notifications have been enabled for your account, the first time you login to Talkdesk you will see a gray bar at the top of the screen that says, “Allow yourcompany.mytalkdesk.com to show desktop notifications”.
If you want to to receive our Call Desktop Notifications, click 'Configure' , then 'Allow'  next to the gray bar “Allow yourcompany.mytalkdesk.com to show desktop notifications” message.
Once you click 'Allow', you will see a pop-up in the top right corner of your screen saying “Talkdesk desktop notifications enabled”.
Success! Now, when a call is coming in, in addition to hearing the phone ring, you will also see a screen pop letting you know that you have an incoming call:
