"Operation not permitted. Call status: transferring."

When a call is being transferred, agents will get this error message if they try to Add a Guest, open the Keypad or Transfer the Call, as these are not permitted actions:

You need to complete the transfer in progress, by clicking on the 'End Call and Complete Transfer' [1] button. This will allow you to proceed.
