Creating new contacts in the Callbar

When a call is made or received using the Callbar, if the number already exists in your list of contacts in Talkdesk, or one of your synced integrations, clicking the contact dropdown menu next to the name or phone number displays the list of all available contacts associated with that number. Selecting the correct contact from the dropdown menu allows agents to log the call against the correct contact.
